How recently was that project page updated? It's still including the Nicollet Mall parcels that were purchased by Target and turned into their employee lounge. Unless they're working with Target on something we don't know about, which seems unlikely given what we know of Target's plans.

(implying bye bye Strib building... :( ) but that implies the 1mil square feet could be on two blocks including a lot of parking and retail and some residential... This one's up to the third story now. Stick after the first floor, of course. This is already doing a great job of psychologically cutting into the parking lot ocean though.
