Work is progressing nicely. They've been removing the exterior of the former sales building, excavation of the parking lot has begun, and they've started on the roof of the skyway.

I would agree those issues would be a concern if Minneapolis-StPaul were building 30-50 story office skyscrapers all the time. But our cities are not. From my understanding, all road/sidewalk/track work should be finished by the end of the year. Great to see this project filling up. Hopefully more developers notice and we see more commercial development in the future. I'm happy we have an apartment boom, but an office one would be so much better for our economy.
