Assuming this gets knocked down, I wonder what can realistically go in its place. It's not a huge lot, and you definitely would need to rebuild to modern standards. Maybe another Modi?
I thought there was some question as to whether the cracks pre-dated construction or not.Would they be moving slower so as not to cause more damage to surrounding buildings? I remember the construction here caused cracks to appear in a building nearby.
