I was thinking the same thing. I checked it out today and the metal paneling looks like it is a similar system to what they used on Lime and Brunsfield Place. It doesn't appear to be as thin and stands out from the exterior wall maybe a half an inch.^^^I can't tell from the photo but I hope they avoid installing already warped metal paneling on the side of this apartment building like so many have done. The infill with these apartment projects is great, yet the workmanship and craftsmanship in the construction process leaves much to be desired at times. Some of these projects are going to deteriorate rapidly. Hope this isn't one of them.

I initially agreed with that sentiment, but I walked around the site a few days ago and I think it's one of the worst. It looks remarkably cheap.^^^One of the best apartment projects in the North Loop.
