That's super cool. Unlike anything we've seen in town.

That mix and match coloration might take a bit of time to adjust to. But I really like this building!! Way better than the NIC!!

This would be a lot better if it were a commercial building. As a residential building without balconies and calling itself luxury, HA.

Not everyone wants a wind swept balcony on the side of a wind tunnel. No matter how hard they try, sliding doors are not very air tight. Those that want to be outside will go to the roof terrace.

It's like they just spread out a Pantone array. Not that I mind. There was always something attractive about the arrangement of the colors in Pantone's collections.

I wouldn't mind seeing this type of thing on another building, just start with a different hue and run with it.

For anyone interested, pricing information is up at http://www.4marqapartments.com/

Looks like studios (alcoves) start at $1356 and parking is $175 / month.

Overall, I think it's a smart price point compared to the Nic for the business district.

Saw parking garage panels going on the back side, opposite the Xcel building. Also noticed that the corner cut closest to the Nic has multicolored dark panels which I did not notice on those across from the Xcel. Alley and street panels still need to be put up.

Does anyone know when they'll open the building?

Funny - I am really growing to like this panel effect! Maybe we'll look at it in 20 years and think it is "ugly wallpaper" ... but I would kind of like a whole tower with this type of striation effect... There is a bit of drama to this look.

They still need to get the NE corner panels put up where the exterior construction elevators were. Once those are up and we will pretty much see the finished product. Looking forward to that shot.

I feel like the screening is very 1970'sish. Maybe that's just me though.
