Looks like a million bucks compared to most of these projects. Yes, refreshing to see good old fashioned brick as the main material for an apartment building. I like how the brick makes a turn into the balconies. It makes the project look strong. Too many projects appear two dimensional, with brick...

This is pretty standard for light rail. Look at Interstate Ave in portland, OR. You don't want stupid drivers blocking the tracks. This is what it was always going to be.

Agreed. Redeveloping this old building would not have lead to quality of life this new develop can provide.
