Re: Washington Square - 20, 100, 111 Washington Avenue S

They should pick it up and move it back 100' onto that back parking lot to reopen the Gateway.

Yes, but individually, the architecture and composition is a mess.

Re: Saint Paul - General Topics

Correct, a second storefront using the back of the old Sweatshop space. Then they could divide that big space for a tenant.

Yep, townhomes. They will all have their own PID, so in the future could be sold individually.

Re: Fiber Internet and TV Services, Cord Cutting

We use CL Quantum Fiber. No issues and they buried it for free from the pole to the house. $85 a month. It's the only fiber option in Saint Paul though.

Re: Minneapolis Municipal Elections 2025

I mean, isn't that the job of the people that that elect them?

In our current system, we've decided it's the job of the 80 partisans who bother to show up to at a school gym on some random Saturday in June before anybody else is paying attention.

Re: B Line Lake St Rapid Bus, Midtown Rail Transit

Saint Paul recently completed the striping and signage on Marshall for bus only lanes headed WB. Seems to be helping, plus it will probably keep the bike lanes cleared of snow in winter (since St Paul barely plows or tows along that stretch.)

They literally could have bought the Betty Dangers Ferris wheel for much cheaper. It was for sale separate from the restaurant.
