Of note, many people also park in the neighborhood and walk or bike downtown. E line or not, there will always be a 'downtown zone' stop at that corner.

The lake has a different name, time to move on.

Rebuilding the old paviion does not preclude moving the sailing infrastructure to another end of the lake in the future.

Traffic drops off significantly on 7th past 35E. I think Hwy 5 should be parkway'd from 62 beyond. That through traffic should be taking 494.

The neighborhood met with management a few weeks back and they're scheduled to visit the transportation committee in May. Had not heard of any closures though.
