I picked up some stuff from the Jungle Theater liquidation auction. Staff on site said a group of local Latino business owners purchased the building and intend to keep it as a community/event space, possibly put in a coffee shop. Those are all the details I got.

I saw the demo too and did a little looking around to see if I could find anything. The LLC that purchased the site(s) listed its address as Doran Companies HQ.

Target Center did use the renovation money to fix back of house. But due to site constraints they can only dock 2-3 semis now (way better than the zero before) instead of the 5 that Taylor Swift brings to town.
