Ah. They came back with an offer of 24 stories after the city told them they wanted higher, since this is on the acceptable side of France for density.

Re: Blue Line Extension - Bottineau LRT

To be fair, it's easy for Robbinsdale to see what a catastrophe for people in cars the Blue Line caused along Hiawatha and think a repeat could happen on Bottineau. Maybe the next thing is to do a traffic study. Huh? In the immediate couple years after it was up and running the light timings were a...

Short excerpt… “Magna intends to demolish 216 Seventh St. S. later this summer, according to a letter from the company included in the Planning Commission report. The letter describes the building as obsolete due to a lack of elevators and awkward stair and floorplate arrangements that make it “unfi...

Headed in to my office to clean my desk for due to new desk assignments. Stopped to check the progress. Tried a photo taken through my office’s dirty windows, I like the look.

Financing.

Tax credits get used for the separate entirely affordable building. That takes a lot of time. While market rate gets off the ground promptly.

Mix affordable units in everywhere and everything screeches to a slow down?

Minnetonka Area – General Topics

That quote was something else. My eyes rolled so hard. I mean, if someone built a parking ramp by it self and charged monthly parking, and then there were two different developers who built apartments adjacent to the parking structure. One was the 100% affordable unit, and the other developer was th...
