I can't remember if I've posted this here or not, but what we really oooooought to do is combine a bunch of the planned projects. Also noteworthy from the appendix: the no build option has the highest ridership. Weekday boardings by service type shows. 37,300 boardings with the no build alternative compared to 23,500 for enhanced bus and 32,400 for streetcar.

Marq2 is at "design capacity", so likely yes: full but with smoothly flowing buses. I don't know that Nicollet has a similar "design capacity" although bus travel down Nicollet is clearly much slower than Marq2.
