Bummer. Wonder if they’ll go for a shorter tower to cut down on the high priced units? Thought it was a different enough project from Eleven. Sure seemed like both could be successful.

Yellow Tree development at 24th Ave/38th Street was at the CPC on 12/3 with 4000 sqft commercial.
Went by this site last night, it's fenced off and they're cleaning up the demo'd gas station.

I've been surprised by the number of dockless blue bikes are left out of their hub. Are that many people really paying the $5 out-of-hub fee!? They aren't charging people. Is this a change in policies? Or an unofficial guess? I don't know for sure but it probably has to do with the slow roll out of...

Phase 1 of Lander's 38th Street development is fully leased. Hopefully this bodes well for phase 2.

Yeah, I definitely wouldn't mind if Flag Foods got redeveloped. Though I'd rather have it used than sit there empty for years like the SE corner of 28th Ave and 42nd St.
