Re: Blue Line (Hiawatha LRT)
Just got back home from 38th Street station. Announcement said northbound trains delayed 5 minutes. Nextrip said Due. Saw 2 Metro Transit police cars lit up headed south. I've heard 3 more sirens since I got home. I chose to ignore Nextrip.

Re: Hiawatha Avenue Grain Elevators & Freight Rail Corridor
I hope this works out. It could be pretty cool and a good option for the other elevators in the future.

Re: Permit Parking
What are the permit hours for that neighborhood? My house is near the 38th Street station and the hours you need a permit for are 1-2pm and 7-8pm.

As a person who always gets in the slowest line, I wish Lake St would've kept that setup.

Re: Vikings Stadium Legislation/Financing Package
The Vikings didn't have anywhere to go. The league loves having Los Angeles teamless, as it allows them to blackmail any city with a "poor" stadium situation. They'll want an expansion team or two in L.A. The expansion fee a new team would have to pay would be huge. Our politicians were ta...

Yeah, I don't recall any phase 2 of Station 38 either. Besides, The Cardinal isn't going anywhere. They just added some stone work to the outside of the building. Really classes up the joint!

So they have made over $300 million in unrealized passive income over the past nine years simply by owning this asset. They're also contributing $479 million (and another $13 million annually) to th...
