I liked Hopcat. Food was solid and their beer list was better than Cityworks. Prices may have been a bit high. I'm sure their rent was a bit high as well.

West River Parkway is open again as of Monday, at least until 34th Street, where there has been some underground project going on all summer. (Anyone know what they’re doing?)

200 UNITS OF AFFORDABLE HOUSING APPROVED FOR HIAWATHA NEIGHBORHOOD
Plans for Snelling Yards were approved by the Minneapolis Planning Commission earlier this month. Construction on the project is anticipated to begin in Spring 2021.

I guess the new speed limits are starting to be implemented in Minneapolis. Given that the city doesn't have squads for traffic enforcement and cars have been doing what they want with MPD focused on other things people are laughing at this project given that current speed limits aren't being enfor...
