Finally, a render for the old Shinder's building/ future home of Shea on Hennepin. That roof will certainly be interesting to see.

This is a fantastic looking building. It looks like it'll do a great job of complimenting the old HQ and tying in with the new development in the area. It's also good to see that Xcel will be using this in addition to their old building, rather than vacating it and leaving an empty structure.

Work on the building has begun. Windows on the upper floors have been removed and it looks like they've started stripping the interior as well. Has anyone seen any decent renderings of this project? A couple small images turn up in a Google image search, but that's all I can find.

Hopefully this project, the Lowry bridge finally opening, and Plymouth Ave bridge coming back online will give a little kick to North Minneapolis economically. Right now, there aren't really many ways in there from the rest of the city.
