Re: City Center
We can dream for a Downtown Nordstrom, right? Wouldn't that be terrific. Instead well probably watch it become a Wal-Mart or something of the sort. The Nordstrom in downtown Indianapolis just recently closed, and they had a beautiful location at the Circle Center Mall which is one of the most succe...

Re: Stadium Parking Ramp Air Rights Development
If you go to the Mpls Business Journal's facebook/twitter, the article is unlocked for their social media users. I have to admit, AC would not be a bad choice if it ends up being a hotel (I prefer Ryan's apartment proposal personally). Although the name "AC" is lackluster and awkward for a...

Re: City Center
Those statements made on the website are extremely vague but I'll remain optimistic. Because right now the entire thing (City Center) looks like a grocery bag from Cub Foods. Such a shame it is the focal point of the skyline for a majority of Target Field goers.

Re: City Center
So, back to the question that had nothing to do with a movie theater, does anyone know what is under way at City Center?

Re: City Center
So who knows exactly what they are planning for this hideous complex? Are there renderings anywhere? I've seen the barricades but have not been able to find much online as far as details of the renovation. I personally would love to see a Movie Theater in City Center. Perhaps reconvert the old food ...

Re: City Center
Until I happened to walk out of City Center on the street level one day and realized what building I was in, I never actually knew what City Center was from outside on the Nicolette [sic] [sic] Mall. Honest to god, I really did thinking it was a parking garage or a bus station or something. It is ac...

Re: Stadium Parking Ramp Air Rights Development
https://i.imgflip.com/bm8k.jpg The El Paso Taco girl sums up the current development duel well. If they keep the hotel combo on the bottom levels and the apartments on top, we could have a new iconic super-tall that would easily end up being the premier address in downtown Minneapolis. Take a page ...

Conservatory Photos
Does anyone happen to have any GOOD images of the short lived Conservatory Shopping Center located on the Nicolett [sic] Mall? There are very few photos online and most only show the outside. I would love to see what it looked like on the inside (supposedly it was quite ornate and beautiful) before ...
