My comment was a joke about misunderstanding online comments. I see it hit its mark.

Re: Minneapolis City Council and Park Board Elections 2017
I have heard wedgelive takes photos of women in their apartments. Their are photos of apartment windows on his page, thus it must be true? Seriously, if you want to discredit the woman, use something you can back up. This is petty stuff you can find on anyone, including Bender.

Re: Pedestrian Safety and Infrastructure Improvements
Thanks, seems like a lot of different markings. There are a lot of the white < > marks, but I can't believe they would replace all of Hennepin sidewalks so maybe the other markings you mentioned are mixed in too. I will have to pay more attention to what the marking are.

Does anyone know why the sidewalks on Hennepin in uptown have spray paint markings? I tried to search online but could not find any info.

Re: 2008 Bryant Avenue Apartments
The plans show that the widest room will be between 12 and 14 feet depending on the unit. Also, a large apartment building is very close to the north side. Maybe when it is built it might not feel so narrow. There is also a large apartment building about 3 feet away from most of my windows, so this...

Oh, sorry, you're just asking questions, not stating anything. Carry on. Do you know how to read? (That is a question, not a statement.) "My point was that they were flippers before they had the show. They still flip houses. They just hold on to some and resell others. Levin is still a real es...

My point was that they were flippers before they had the show. They still flip houses. They just hold on to some and resell others. Levin is still a real estate agent. One of their LLCs is used to buy and sell properties. If they wanted to fix up this house and keep using it as a rental there are wa...

Re: 2008 Bryant Avenue Apartments
Well they're not flippers, they hold their properties, not flip them. And sure they could. Or maybe not, if they pump that much money into it maybe nobody would want to rent it. Or they can tear it down and building something else because they own it. "In June of this year the Star Tribune hig...

"Point being, a flipper would be buying it at $275k, pumping $100k (or much, much more) into it, then selling it to someone with a $450k budget."
These guys are professional flippers. They have a tv show and 20 other properties in the Wedge. I'm sure they could Renovate to Rent as it is.

Re: 2008 Bryant Avenue Apartments
2 things about this. 1st, I have been in the first floor of that house and loved it. A friend of mine was a tenant and had several bbqs there. It was a great place to hang out on that porch and grill and the inside was pretty cool. 2nd, the lot is kind of narrow for a building like this. I would be ...

I found issue with the one hour voting window. I know many people that work evenings and had a hard time voting. If we had a full day of voting then the caucus meeting, this would be more inclusive.
