Re: 700 Central Avenue Northeast Apartments
Does anyone have a guess on what price point might be on these market rate units? This is a project I've always loved, would be amazing to move there next year when it opens. Units at La Pompadour rent for $1300+/month for around 700 sqft. At the Calumet, units rent for $1500+/month, also for <1000...

Re: Alatus St. Anthony Tower (Washburn-McReavy Site)

Re: Uber(x), Lyft, and Ridesharing.
It's funny to me how contradictory the anti-Uber comments always end up being... Uber is bad because it is illegal, but it is totally fine for cabbies to illegally turn down. Uber is bad because it won't serve the city equitably, but it is totally fine for cab companies to avoid sending drivers to a...

Re: Northeast - General Topics
I am not sure where any "absurd absolutism" is coming from. Someone suggested "sharrows" of all things, which would have a really tiny impact. The neighborhood wants to convert portions of 1st ave and Hennepin (about 5 blocks of each) into two-ways and narrow the lanes slightly, ...
