Vic's has closed. No word yet on what will replace it. Tugg's has been purchased by Jeff Arundel, the owner of Aster Cafe and Jefe. The dark brown siding is starting to go up on the 2nd Ave side of the building. I tried to get a photo but the windows in the ABC ramps skyways are so filthy that it didn't work.
I will reserve judgment on the siding until more of it is up.
