Re: Harlem Irving and CA Ventures - 240 Hennepin Ave - 18-20 stories
Why block a skyway to this development? It would start a new link to buildings in the North Loop, and better access to the A ramp.

Re: Wells Fargo Redevelopment - 801 Portland
Is the HCMC clinic and specialty center designed for skyway expansion to the east and west blocks (over Park to this block, and over Chicago to the very old parking ramp?) I always thought so, due to the odd second floor hall/atrium design, seems to run the entire length of the second floor.

Re: Hiawatha-Minnehaha Avenue Development & Grain Elevators/Freight Corridor
Interesting, the unfinished phase two of the 42nd Street Lofts may be converted to a 29-bed Memory Care facility. That's a bit of a squeeze, considering the building was originally designed for 6 units. And the proposed 3rd phase lot would become surface parking. https://longfellow.org/2018/04/06/pu...

New Master Plans coming for Mississippi Gorge (between #9 Bridge and Minnehaha Park), Minnehaha Parkway trail, and Southwest Service Area. It doesn't look like it would take much to add a skyway to the Ivy, or even to a future Century Plaza development.
