Milwaukee Ave in Minneapolis is stranger.

Why block a skyway to this development? It would start a new link to buildings in the North Loop, and better access to the A ramp.

Is the HCMC clinic and specialty center designed for skyway expansion to the east and west blocks (over Park to this block, and over Chicago to the very old parking ramp?) I always thought so, due to the odd second floor hall/atrium design, seems to run the entire length of the second floor.

There must be some mistake, where is the parking podium?

Interesting, the unfinished phase two of the 42nd Street Lofts may be converted to a 29-bed Memory Care facility. I could see the NFL pulling some special strings and awarding the 2057 Superbowl to Green Bay in honor of Lambeau Field's 100 anniversary, just to mix things up a little.
