Right now the areas that have the butterscotch color panels look terrible due to all the metal joints. If you look at the bottom photo, you can see these joints are everywhere. Are they allowed to make any changes to the exterior? For example, could they increase the size (height) of the windows - perhaps floor to ceiling windows? And what about the newer structure that is closer to the river - would they be allowed add windows to the corners of that building?

As posted on the "Lost Project" topic, this seems to provide a nice mixture of buildings and green space. I can't imagine a project of this size would happen anytime soon, but maybe a scaled down version with buildings in the 15 to 20 story range would be feasible. http://i41.tinypic.com/j...
