Re: Uptown Retail & Restaurant News

I just saw this, Scena Tavern space was taken over by the owners of The Freemont, Hammer and Sickle, etc. Opening as Enji, Asian inspired place. From the looks of it though, they'll be making their money selling booze on the weekends. Opening Friday. https://www.bizjournals.com/twincities/news/2019/...

Sounds like an act of desperation once Mr. Anti-Semite realized his bar was DOA.

Re: 240 Park Ave S - Zygi's Apartments - 18 stories - 188'

Dry cleaner and convenience store are good options. A hardware store would also be super useful in that part of town. But they don't have to provide all of these options in one building, especially given the amount of building and new retail that is proposed to the area. Some kind of unique special...

I feel like it’s weird that they launched in St. Paul before Minneapolis. Also there’s still no signs of the ...

Re: Electric Scooters

Jump looks like they use the same brand as Lime. Which is too bad because I remember many Lime scooters breaking last year. It’s interesting that they are capping city wide at 2K and downtown at 800, with a required 600 in North. All split evenly between the 4 companies. That sounds like a lot to m...

Have they figured out what’s going to be built on the southern portion of the driving book yet? The part of the block not currently occupied by the new headquarter building.
