Re: Mall of America - Bloomington
MOA needs to get rid of Tony Roma's. The food is the pits and the decor is very dated. I don't think Sears is going to last much longer. When I was there the other day on the lower level there were very few people working. The new part needs a fountain in the middle or something to jazz it up. They'...

Re: Mall of America - Bloomington
Does anybody know when they plan on breaking ground for the next part of the Mall? I know they said Spring but Spring is going to go fast.
I know they say it will be done Oct 2018

Re: Mall of America - Bloomington
I know they are talking of putting in lots of high end retail, but they should only put in some high end retail and use the rest of the space for an indoor park or something else especially if they can't even fill the open areas they already have. There are alot of empty store spots there right now....

Re: Mall of America - Bloomington
I think Dillard's won't work at the Mall. It still needs some more entertainment since there are so many empty retail spots in the old part of the mall already. The two new levels in the new part of the mall don't have anything yet. Like I said before, it needs more entertainment.

Re: Mall of America - Bloomington
I was at the mall a couple of weeks ago and I like the new part. It is looking good so far. I like how the food court is separate from the rest of the mall. I also like the new bathrooms in the new part of the mall and the family bathrooms are massive. I also like the giant new elevator. The new ele...

Re: Mall of America - Bloomington
The next phase of the mall needs to be awesome since Minnesota had the first indoor shopping mall in Edina, the Southdale Mall.

Re: Mall of America - Bloomington
I could always use a vacation somewhere warm. I just think the mall needs to do something different to draw people in. Pro Bass would be cool. Gondola rides through the mall to get off at any shops in the new parts of the mall. Also, they need a place to have concerts. Some kind of tropical indoor p...

Re: Mall of America - Bloomington
It needs a tropical park for the cold winters we have here! I need palm trees and a Polynesian restaurant like Bali Hai with a hula show and awesome Polynesian drinks.

Re: Mall of America - Bloomington
The mall needs to add more attractions and entertainment instead of just more shopping. It needs some more stores for just men too like Pro Bass.

Re: Mall of America - Bloomington
I don't think MOA is going away in 20-30 years. That's a bunch of BS. But we all have our opinion.

Re: Mall of America - Bloomington
I think the mall of america needs a giant indoor park with some waterfalls and places to relax after a long day of shopping.

Re: Mall of America - Bloomington
I doubt they're going to do anything with the East lot since it's not connected to the mall. The parking ramp is in the way.

Re: Mall of America - Bloomington
I think it's silly to build a 2nd office building and a 4th Hotel across from JW Marriott. Not a very good view from the Marriott.
The luxury hotel is a good idea. I think it's cool that you can live on the upper level.

Re: Mall of America - Bloomington
Jimmy Buffett's Margaritaville, the food is very blah, not spectacular.
That is a theme restaurant for you.
That is the best they could come up with.

Re: Mall of America - Bloomington
I like the pics on the new proposals, but I see that they are adding 580,000 square feet for up scale retail. You would think that some of that space could be used for some kind of entertainment, like the fountain show that they have in Las Vagas. A little free entertainment would be nice. A concert...
