I actually like the design. It's definitely not unique, but I like the amount of windows. Glass as the dominant feature will be juxtaposed to the buildings around it.

Anyway, getting back on topic.... the most recent Case-Schiller index shows prices increases are starting to stall out so Stanton might be less inclined to develop anymore condos.

That's honestly his quote? I find it pretty problematic that a downtown developer would even think to say "I'm not against mass transit" let alone qualifying it further with "your".

Haha. Yeah... I should have probably written that differently. My point was that I'm just glad something is filling that space, even if I'm not in love with the design.

Heading across 35w north this building is definitely massive, but it's so much better than what was there (or wasn't). The primary rendering on Doran's website has me unenthused by the design - it looks like an office building - but I'll reserve judgement until completion. The views from the westwar...
