at least taxis will be removed from Nicollet Mall so that is something. I assume that includes horse drawn carriages? I remember they used to clog up traffic way too much.

I always thought pavers on the roadway would have been bad for bikes and wouldn't be a good usage of money, but are they really taking out the pavers for the sidewalk too?
