Re: Raymond Station area developments
So there's a big hole in the ground at 2408 Territorial Road, on the south side of Territorial just east of the Roundtable Coffee Works (where Podiumwear Custom Sports Apparel used to be). I think I saw a Frana Companies sign on the fence around it. Anyone know what's happening here? I found nothing...

Not sure that this warrants its own thread, but there are plans to replace a single-family home on Grand Avenue into a multi-family building. Nice website, including a place to submit feedback.

Re: Saint Paul - General Topics
The old pawn shop at 1636 University Avenue West (across the street from Axe-Man Surplus) has been demolished. Does anyone know what's happening there? Maybe it's been mentioned already in this thread or another one...

Re: Minneapolis 2040 Comprehensive Plan
Per state statute, I believe cities have 9 months to update zoning to match the Comp Plan, after it has been accepted by the Met Council. Since Minneapolis' Comp Plan contains such a large amount of change, to nearly every parcel in the city, I'm guessing CPED is taking the path of writing entirely...

Re: Saint Paul - General Topics
Does anyone know how I can look up the history of buildings or certain addresses in Saint Paul? For example: I'd like to know when my apartment building was built, so I can look up what the zoning code allowed at the time it was built. Is this information publicly available? On the city website, cou...

Now it's more than just piles of crap on this site: they've started constructing ground-level walls.

Re: Saint Paul - General Topics
Totally new, non sequitur topic on this thread, to my knowledge: I'd love to see a new development fronting University Avenue between Lasalle Street and Hampden Avenue. I imagine it's only a matter of time: some of the buildings already appear to be for sale, and the site is very close to the Raymon...

Re: East of Pascal, West of Lexington, north of I-94
I have question about a piece of land within the boundaries named in the title of thread, but at the opposite end: There's an empty parcel of land just north of the SuperAmerica at 399 Lexington Parkway, between University Avenue and I-94. Why is it undeveloped? What used to be there? Who owns the l...
