The second phase will be called "Odin." Continuing with the Scandinavian design and aesthetics set forth by NordHaus, the project's name comes from "one of the principle gods in Norse mythology, a protector of heroes with revered wisdom" according to their marketing team.

Yes, Phase II is still a thing. Construction began two weeks ago on clearing the site and large construction equipment was delivered Friday. Weis Builders is the general contractor and Bolander is working on the site prep and foundations.

One Two Three Sushi's space was just leased by Wonders Ice Cream... showing just how limited retail space truly is. They hope to start construction soon and open in September.
