They're only knocking down four stories? What a waste of real estate. So boring. They should knock it down at least 33 stories. They should dig a 29 story hole or this is a total waste, I'm so tired of all the boring projects.

Well, as a scientist, I counted the floors on the main drag of the building in the new rendering and got about 22, so if you count ~4ish in the pedestal, that's about right.
