^beat me to it. yeah, as far as big retailers in the city go, that rainbow wasn't that bad actually. Sure, their parking lot is big, but they kept the through street between the lot and the building.

wide lane widths and highway-like design creates the false sense of security that one should be able to speed at 45 mph+ through this area, which is a fairly dense residential/commercial area with lots of cyclists and pedestrians. it's criminal.

I bought my place for under 90k and pay $500 per month for HOA. This is a 1500 sq ft unit in a brownstone building from the mid 19th century, with a garage out back, though. takes a lot to keep it maintained.

As discussed previously, this part of town already has two distinct names (and two distinct personalities) that people already know: the Mill District and Elliot Park. No need to reinvent the wheel. The only thing that really needs a proper name is the Commons Park, which would then cover the area ...
