Re: Target Center Renovation
Does Cambria have an association with the Timberwolves. Maybe they will be using some quarts panels that Cambria will make for them. Use that as a test for a new exterior product line to expand their bottom line.

go4guy, you stated perfectly what the problems are and how they made their own quicksand that they are sinking into now.

Re: U.S. Bank Stadium Construction Updates
Vikeoligist, the Queens have done enough for their own making of the damage that they have brought on themselves. I don't hate the Queens, I happen to like the stadium a lot. It is this after the fact sh*t that makes many of us non too happy with the Queens and their antics. While they may have put ...

There are a lot more hideous add on's out there. Just drive down Lake street and this looks like a gem!!Looking worse by the day. They aren't even trying to make it cohesive.

Re: T3 - Hines Dock Street Office Project
When I looked west down 3rd street yesterday I saw the crane for T3 looking like it was in the middle of 3rd. This will be another view like the Stadium and the Portland where the curve of the street has the building looking like they will be in the middle of the road. The T3 will definitely change ...

Anyone know what corner this is? Seems to have a theater behind it. http://www.jeanneandersen.net/keyd1953.jpg Also, are there any legitimate Coney Island joints in Minneapolis? We need more Coney Island joints. That is the Solara building, I think they took out the Coney for the current entrance. ...

They want to tear down a historic building while the keep the 210 which is a one story nondescript building that should be removed. Hope the HPC puts a stop to this.

Sorry, But do not all property owner pay an assessment when their streets are rebuilt? They are the only land lord so I would expect they the pay for there street rebuild like every other property owner. Their project tore up the street, they can rebuild. Again expecting others to pay for what other...

Re: Custom House - Downtown Saint Paul Post Office
How tall of ceilings will these hotel rooms have. Were the old/remodeled windows With the dark metal that small in reality. I'm sure they had high ceilings and large windows that was probably to allow lots of light into the office space or if those were mail sorting floors, back before the addition,...

Re: Saint Paul - General Topics
I'd be curious what the 210 lot is and why it is not included in the yellow area which I would suspect is the hotels foot print. I'm sure that they could repurpose the station and have the ground floor as restaurant, and the second floor could be meeting spaces. The roof could house the pool area wi...

Was reading F&C today at the library. Sound like they plan to start work in April. They will be doing it in stages with the parking done first, the office tower and hotel/brewery done so that both are open by the Superbowl. the apartments would come last, but had hoped that the whole project wou...

Sam I'm afraid that the train has taken off on it's trip off the cliff. Hate to agree with you, but I felt the same way looking down Nicollet from Washington today. Some people need to be canned for the incompetent jobs they did at planning and budgeting things. There is a difference between being $...

Re: U.S. Bank Stadium Construction Updates
I have no problem and I don't think too many on this site have a problem with the design of the stadium. it is the antics of the team and the MSFA that are pissing a lot of people off. They want 80 days guaranteed of park time. that is pure BS as they have no legitimate reason to have that much time...

Re: Downtown Minneapolis Retail News
Some retailers must have faith in the Baker Center as I see two spaces in the skyway that are being built out at the moment. I wonder when they are going to start on the renovation and redo of the exterior of the Investor's Building on 8th and Marquette. I saw a sign of coming soon for "Green a...

Re: Downtown Minneapolis General Topics & Development Map
First up what the hell happened to this site. It is Fucked up. If they were to do like they did at the LA Fitness at Calhoun and lines some of their cardio machines to over look the atrium with glass I would be ok with that. Doing a number like they did in G2 would be out of the question entirely if...
