It's also not an area where I would expect a high-end restaurant to do well (there are a number of good restaurants in the area, just not what I would consider fancy ones). I think they would have been better off leaning into the diner concept, personally.

I've never had an issue finding somewhere to park in Stillwater, even on busy days. Plus it can be easier to get in and out of the area if you don't park right off the main street anyway.

I'm not arguing against them. I don't have an opinion about them one way or another. But I know some cities have banned them or heavily restricted them, and that could happen here too (though there would still be a market for these as homes even if they couldn't be rentals).
