Re: Nic on Fifth - (455 Nicollet Mall)

Why would it be torn down? I haven't seen any renderings for that side of the building so I just assumed they were going to use it.

Re: Nic on Fifth - (455 Nicollet Mall)

new rendering but same view. what does the building look like on the other side? and I'd like to see a day time perspective, not this romanticized dusk coloring. what is this building going to look on a drab winter day. that's important in this city. Re: Vikings Stadium

Re: The Station on Washington - (630 Washington Avenue SE)

This might be a long shot but do you know of any good books I could check out that go more in depth on cost of adding stories as well as codes and construction practices?

This project is exciting and Stadium Village is beginning to look really neat! I don't work in the industry, I'm more just obsessed with city development and big buildings, so I don't know many of the regulations and rules, but I was hoping someone could tell me why, if there even is a specific reas...

Re: Capella Tower & LaSalle Plaza

I know this isn't pertinent to Capella or LaSalle Plaza, but I was driving by the Wells Fargo Building last night and felt like there were more lights going up the whole side of the building... is this new or am I just trippin'?

Re: IDS Center

Meh. I love that they are adding something to the skyline but it seems a bit half-assed, no?
