Re: Nic on Fifth - (455 Nicollet Mall)
Why would it be torn down? I haven't seen any renderings for that side of the building so I just assumed they were going to use it.

Re: Nic on Fifth - (455 Nicollet Mall)
new rendering but same view. what does the building look like on the other side? and I'd like to see a day time perspective, not this romanticized dusk coloring. what is this building going to look on a drab winter day. that's important in this city. Crap. That's a good point. The newly-underdesign...

Re: Vikings Stadium
Well you can likely count on the stadium having a team store on the ground level, and there is apparently a team museum concept that is supposed to be involved in some way. I think the obvious answer is that you have to find retail that makes sense built into the side of the stadium, you can't just...

Re: The Station on Washington - (630 Washington Avenue SE)
This might be a long shot but do you know of any good books I could check out that go more in depth on cost of adding stories as well as codes and construction practices?

Re: The Station on Washington - (630 Washington Avenue SE)
This project is exciting and Stadium Village is beginning to look really neat! I don't work in the industry, I'm more just obsessed with city development and big buildings, so I don't know many of the regulations and rules, but I was hoping someone could tell me why, if there even is a specific reas...

Re: Capella Tower & LaSalle Plaza
I know this isn't pertinent to Capella or LaSalle Plaza, but I was driving by the Wells Fargo Building last night and felt like there were more lights going up the whole side of the building... is this new or am I just trippin'?

Re: IDS Center
Meh. I love that they are adding something to the skyline but it seems a bit half-assed, no?
