LOLI think they were using their Budd cars, so the Depot being stub-end shouldn't have been an issue.

An urban farm on a polluted parcel of land. Brilliant. I think that is kind of the point, right? Wouldn't the idea be to turn a place of contamination into a place fostering life? I am not an agricultural expert or anything but if it is aquaponics they would not be planting in the contaminated soil...
