Yep it is. The two people I know that own season tickets go back towards downtown. One couple to get the bus back to South Minneapolis, and the other to go to a Warehouse District bar.

Yup its a massive price increase (as noted above over 40%) for a service where I already wasn't happy about the connection quality. There are frequent drops that are especially noticeable in first person shooters.
