I think the biggest issue with the live-work spaces is that it seems like they'll be pretty dark most of the time. Some of these units seem like they'll never get direct sunlight.

You can certainly do pretty much all your grocery shopping at TJ's depending on what you cook, but they really are "best" for easy-to-make frozen entrees, prepackaged stuff, and speciality/ethnic items that in some areas of the country are hard to find.

I can't imagine that a Nice Ride rebalancer is monitoring the location of the scooters and moving them accordingly. It kinda sounds like he wanted to keep the scooters away from the bikes, TBH.

I think the big plan here was to build this ramp so that all of the Bassett Creek Office building tenants could get off of the surface lot and move into this ramp; thereby, allowing Schafer Richardson to develop the surface lot.
