As noted in the General St Paul thread, they've broken ground. I drive by the site every day and have noticed that they're having to remove a lot of bedrock. At first I thought it was concrete from prior structures but the piles just keep getting bigger and bigger.

What's going on at the parcel bounded by Main, 35E and the freeway rams off Old 6th? Lots of dirt being turned.
