Re: Opus Dinkytown Project - (14th Avenue SE & 5th Street SE

So what now? House of Hanson will go out of business, I feel that's a when, not an if, then well have a half abandoned ugly brick building, some parking lots, and crummy Duffys? This is sad.

Re: LPM Apartments - (1368 LaSalle Avenue)

As I was biking by this today for about the 4th time... ugh, what I like most about this project is that unlike 110 grant down the block that takes up an entire block for some courtyard thing this is tucked right in with the other buildings and other than the design that is the coolest part about th...

This has really terrible grammar. Grammar this bad is not very convincing.
You have a really terrible sarcasm detector and joke meter.
Or maybe that was just a really bad joke?

Re: UTEC Student Housing - (1313 Fifth Street Southeast)

Dylan hates Minnesota in general, he left as soon as he could and only comes back once a year for an over priced show at xcel and we still love him with a blind passion for some reason, see Dinkytown folks and the Duluth/Hibbing fight for his museum or whatever. Plus I can only imagine his reaction ...

I thought that land was owned by the Calhoun Square people, and it was meant to be where an expansion was supposed to be but never happened? Now they just seem to be sitting on it.

Re: Track 29 Apartments - (2841 Bryant Avenue South)

Just to build on the horrible nature of some roads in uptown, 29th might be the worst road i've ever biked on in the city or any city for that matter That's not surprising since it was never paved. It's simply blacktop over a dirt road. My guess is it'll get a major upgrade once all the constructio...

From 2.3 to 9.3 million in 30 months from the Whole Foods by Minnetonka. If something like this happens after 222 is done, watch out
