I understand that the developer wouldn't be reusing a substantial portion of the parking ramp if it didn't make sense financially, but I still want to give kudos for this achievement in sustainability. Hmm, that's a good thought, min-chi-bus. Can the city get people back on the streets if it makes both the skyways and the streets better, or would that be it be best to put all the energy just into improving streetscapes on the what's good for the skyways is bad for streetlife principle?
