I walked by today as well and was very impressed. I think it will be a great space for Target to hold meetings with vendors and o...

Re: Westminster Church

I find it strange that they were able to afford to purchase those, and plan to knock them down. I'll withhold judgment until I see the plan, but find this whole thing quite strange. REALLY! ? These big old churches downtown are filled with "the old guard" of Minneapolis. Nothing strange a...

Re: Izzy's Ice Cream Factory

Using the logic that was batted around when this project was first proposed one would think the condo owners across the street wold be outrage to wait until June or July!! Outrageous! :D

Re: Dock Street Apartments - (333 Washington Avenue North)

Quick question. I assume whenever people say 94, they are referring to the trench that is the end of 394. So why is it called 94 when that is a completely different freeway? Or is my location way off on this and it is much further north. These are the 94 on/off ramps from Downtown to 94. These are ...

Re: 815 2nd Street Apartments

This is really I'm a bit surprised that the North Loop neighbors aren't up in arms over this. Or maybe they are and I've just missed it? I don't think you missed out on anyone being upset because they aren't.....where would traveling on this 8th ave bring you? Should they dedicate part of the new N...
