I was told by someone who has a “position to know” with the City of Mpls that Hines is considering joining the redevelopment of Block E by adding 2 stories of office and re-facing the entire block.

I heard over the weekend from my friensds on the NorthLoop board that ground breaking ceremonies are this week for this project.

This is really I'm a bit surprised that the North Loop neighbors aren't up in arms over this. Or maybe they are and I've just missed it?
