Hoping they leave room to extend a trail between the MVNWR visitor center and the Bass Ponds

You could completely grade separate Bloomington from the Parkway. Not every road needs to intersect.

Its a skyway to a parking garage, but more likely to have elevator/ADA compliance with that.
