I don't believe they can just make the area a parking lot and it is not on the Land Use Application portal as of today.
But it could be it is on pause

See if they can host an event like the lynlake street art series. They could make a large mural that reflects downtown and the city vs a bland wall. That or make a green wall as they will never be able to keep it "like new"

Wells fargo has a min number of 3 days a week in the office.
Im going to guess target even if it doesn't have a company wide min days in office different departments or teams will.

It did not. Much of it was attributed to covid closures of college campuses in both counties as well as early retirements. Crime in both counties was given as a possible reason but not the driving factor
