They have started piling for the front residential sections of the WF project. I'll have to take a look at the posterior sections since they will be going up in a similar time frame.

I am assuming that they needed to cover the vent portions with something other than the zinc panels used. If you check it out in person you can see that it is a completely different texture from the surrounding panels. Hopefully when the zinc weathers/lightens it would match those portions.

The project page has about 10 renderings which look amazing. Didn't realize how significant the scale of the project is!

Does anyone know what month in 2015 they will start demolition of the Star Tribune Building?

It was definitely worth the wait (9- 11:30pm). When the lrt finally emerged from under the bridge, it was almost magical but I was a little disappointed not to see the new s70 lrt being used.
