I think most of the buildings have tenants that are fairly well established. I would think this is nothing more than the seller having a great opportunity to sell while the asset is maximized. This. This block is leased up more than I have seen it in years (if ever) with a lot of the tenants moving...

Frey lives in one of these buildings, so any proposed redevelopment would be interesting to see play out. Looks like it's just for sale though, no? I didn't see any indication of redevelopment plans in that video.
