The Gateway district was historically Minneapolis' first highly gay populated district, followed by Loring Park, and obviously other areas of town....

The craziest thing is that this isn't even all of it. With WaHu and The Station on Washington, this view of Washington Avenue will change so much. I cannot wait to see what this place will look like in another three years.

Given the lack of space on the site, this may be the newest and most efficient way to tackle soil management. As long as the building is made in good quality, I don't care how they do it. I'm just happy they're doing it.
