Correct. The commission recommended pretty much all Doran's requests for variances to be denied. I think it'll be going back to the drawing board.

I'll test with a photo, this one is 1024x768. The photo fits the screen well, but pushes my username slightly off the screen. I'd recommend setting up the screen to ~1050.

I must say it bugged me having small-ish pictures. I would typically use imageshack to post my pictures and have to have them resized smaller, whereas on a site like Skyscarpercity, I could post pictures much larger.
