It looks like they added on the second floor and the elevator link. I would be willing to bet The Green on 4th is completely done before Phase 1 of this place is complete. The building looks amazing with the huge windows and high ceilings. I can only imagine the cost of this project.

Great map! It looks like the whole building moved. Ff you scroll all the way to the bottom and checkout where they put the new apartment building.

This is starting to take shape. If they are as speedy as the Naughty Greek contractor they are going to be done by February.

It looks like 2646 University W. sold or the University was too lazy to take the the For Sale sign down so they just put a garbage bag over it. The building use to house the surveying and mapping department. It seems like a logical place for some type of development.
