Re: St Cloud
I went to SCSU and had friends that went to St Johns at the same time so I've been there quite a bit. It's a really beautiful campus.

Seems fairly similar to pre pandemic downtown retail? With less people? I hope to shop there to support it, but they’re setting those hours for a reason.

I also think the amendment would have easily passed without people like Nezhad in the race. In conversations, people expressed concern that she would win and push for more cuts than people were comfortable with. There was also a large disconnect between "police officers" and "policin...

I mean, this is ok? I live on 30th Ave and crossing 42nd usually sucks. Anything to slow down cars on this street I'm in favor of. Between Cedar and 28th Ave is really terrible.

I've been back full time in the office for over two months now. Many more people are here now than before but it's still concentrated on Tuesday - Thursday. I think downtown restaurants that are open are benefiting from less competition so they're probably still doing 80%+ of revenue now by taking ...

Yeah, which made me think the Uhaul proposal was dead. Never saw any business actually move in though.Re: U-Haul... Wasn't that old Mobil/Taylor Auto remodeled a year or two ago? Brand new storefront system? Did anything ever move in there?

Interesting about the Wash Me proposal. I was never a fan of it. As far as tod, was a 42nd street station ever considered? Is it possible now?
