I really want the design to be highly imaginative and creative. Something that is distinctive and iconic, so that when people see it on TV they know that is Minneapolis. Mark Dayton announced Thursday the award of $25 million, $2 million short of what the city wanted, for a $54-million ballpark for the St. Paul Saints.
