So far so good with this project IMO. The contrasting colors are nice, hopefully the two taller portions will have an ornate look when it's completed.

Yeah, but nobody's saying that the Duval wasn't the most ambitious proposal, or that we would prefer it not get built. But it takes more than just "wanting it" to finance a building, and Duval wasn't able to do that, or at the very least wasn't able to prove he could do that. End of story...
