Off to the left on Lake Street (the red awning in the picture)So where would the entrance be? I looks like the front retail will close off the main entrance to to Calhoun Square.

Re: LPM Apartments - (376' - 36 Stories)
It would probably be more appropriate to contact the building management or Magellan directly. If, theoretically, exteri...

Didn't they recently have a remodel as well? At least to the outside of the building.

Re: Southside - General Topics
Oh, I forgot to mention. I found out what the pizza place is going in across from Chatterbox. It's a Fast Eddie's Pizzeria. Sounds like they used to have another location that closed a while back, they haven't posted on facebook since 2010, however one of the comments lists the new location in Novem...

That's kind of insane, is it not? Just goes to show that there is actually a need for new condo developments.

It certainly needs it. That main entrance is so uninspiring.

Walking past Floyd's today I noticed a building permit in the window of the retail bay next door on Lake. Montgomery Brinkman it said on it, I'm guessing that's who's doing th buildout from their website.

Well, I'm glad something is going in there but what it REALLY needs is to be torn down and rebuilt at the street. Oh well.

I did the math based on a 1200 studio and 20-30% lower would be 840-960.

Re: Uptown Restaurant News
Work happening inside Toppers Pizza this morning, looked like they were clearing the place out to me. All of the window signage was gone and it looked pretty blank inside. Are they revamping their storefront or moving out completely? *queue old man voice* The delivery drivers there speed down the al...

That's too bad about those black panels, it would really be something special if those were somehow all windows. I suppose it could make some layouts difficult but I personally would LOVE a windows that big across the entire unit.

Is the walkway open in front of the third building (I'm honestly not sure what to call each of them now)? I took the 6 instead of the 4 the other day since it was warm enough to walk home and thought for sure they would be open... sadly, not.

Stanton is at it again! I guess he sees the desire for condos and is really digging into that. Good business move on his part if you ask me since no one else seems to be able to make it work! http://www.bizjournals.com/twincities/blog/real_estate/2015/03/stanton-shamrock-121-12th-condos-minneapolis....

Re: Downtown Minneapolis General Topics & Development Map
Well, not that I've been in there frequently, but I have been on and off over the years that I've lived here... and they have downsized quite a bit. They used to be three floors of the building they are in and now they are only the first floor. Part of the reason they survive I think is the fact tha...
